3. Appointments & Booking

3.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges
3.4 Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify the services to fit the remaining time slot.

5. Payment Terms

- We accept cash, credit cards, and gift cards
- Prices displayed are before applicable taxes
- Gratuity is not included in service prices
6. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards do not expire
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- Gift cards can only be used at MV Nail Bar & Spa
